Every product.
Built to your spec.
Quality without the showroom markup.
Lave Studio is a UK-based bespoke home products studio. We make virtually every made-to-order product for the home — from vanity units and wardrobes to porcelain tableware and art installations — backed by a global supply chain. No premium on presentation. No showroom theatre. Just the product.
We started with bespoke bathroom vanity units. We have grown into something broader: a single studio where you can source, specify, and design practically every made-to-order product in and around your home — from the front door to the back garden, from the wardrobe to the window frame.
We are based in the UK. Our supplier network spans China and beyond — furniture and joinery from some of the world's most productive manufacturing regions, ceramic art from provinces with centuries of craft tradition, natural stone from Europe. The breadth of that network gives us production quality and material range most UK studios simply cannot match.
No premium on presentation. No showroom theatre. Just the product.
If it lives in or around your home,
we can build it.
Every product is made to your specification — your dimensions, your finish, your brief. There is no catalogue to flick through. There is just what you need, built the way you want it.
We don't manage on-site installation or contractor work. What we do is supply and specify. Once your order is delivered, fitting is handled by your own trades.
If you can imagine it,
tell us.
A statue of yourself for the hallway. A sofa that runs the full length of your living room and also massages you. Whatever it is — if it belongs in or around your home and someone could plausibly make it, we will look into it for you. Free of charge.
Our interest lies in the space between practicality and genuine enjoyment. We want the things in your home to work properly and feel good to use every day. That is what drives us, and it is why we take odd briefs as seriously as standard ones.
Yes, we are here to run a business. But there is something genuinely exciting about putting a thing into the world that has never existed before — and that feeling never gets old.
Elite sourcing.
Honest pricing.
01 The supply chain
Our supplier network spans China and Europe — furniture and joinery from world-class manufacturing regions, ceramic art from provinces with centuries of craft tradition, natural stone from Italy where the quality speaks for itself. We have spent years building direct relationships with makers who operate at the very top of the quality spectrum. You get their output at a price that reflects reality, not a chain of intermediaries.
02 Our approach
We are a friendly, no-nonsense studio. We are not interested in vocabulary that sounds impressive but adds nothing to your project. We focus on understanding what you actually need, specifying it properly, and delivering it. No jargon. No showroom theatre. Just well-made products that perform.
Made by the people who
actually know how.
Some products require more than a good factory. A bespoke porcelain dinner service, a ceramic art installation, a hand-thrown object designed around your space — these call for makers who have spent years mastering a discipline.
We have close working relationships with two of China's most respected institutions in this field.
China Academy of Art
One of China's foremost art and design universities, producing some of the most technically accomplished makers working today. Our connection to the Academy means we can engage master-level craftspeople for commissions that demand genuine artistic skill — furniture, sculptural objects, bespoke installations.
Jingdezhen Ceramic University
Located in Jiangxi Province, JCU is China's only multidisciplinary university dedicated entirely to the ceramic industry. Jingdezhen has been the centre of Chinese porcelain production for over a thousand years. Through our relationship with the university, we can commission bespoke porcelain tableware, decorative objects, and ceramic art pieces of a calibre that simply does not exist in commercial supply chains.
